Fill up the required field and Select an option from the Deposit and Withdraw field, "Deposit" option for deposit money, "Withdraw" for withdrawing money, Select the account from which you are going to Deposit/Withdraw the money.
To add a new Deposit/Withdraw expand the Account menu from the left sidebar after that click on the Add Deposit/Withdraw..
