Using the Proposal status change facility, you can change the proposal status when it is accepted or declined by the customer.
Expand the "Proposal/Invoice" module, and click on the "List Proposal" menu
Click on the "Accepted/Decline" button to change the status. Mention that the status change option will be available only for Final state proposals. Not for Draft state proposal.
