Please go to Update Log folder. You will find all update log here, those listing: all bug fixing, improvements, new features etc and how to incorporate those.
- If it is your new installation, you have nothing to do with it.
- If you just downloaded an update, you have to go through every update update log file and follow the instruction to place file and update database
