SMTP stands for Simple Mail Transfer Protocol. This software uses SMTP email system to send proposals or invoices to your client directly to their email. To have the emailing facility you have to configure the SMTP email First. In this section, you can set SMTP service to your software.
Login to your software
Expand the "Setup" module, and click on the "SMTP Email Setting" menu.
To setup Gmail SMTP select Gmail option from the Email Type field
Enter SMTP Host as smtp.gmail.com, The Port will be 465, also fill up with a valid Username or Password, and the From Name can be your business or company name.
To setup Sendinbluen SMTP select the Sendinblue option from the Email Type field
Enter SMTP Host as smtp-relay.sendinblue.com, The Port will be 587 also fill up with a valid Username or Password, and the From Name can be your business or company name.
Enter your API-Key in API Key field Note: The API key must be created by SendInBlue.
After setting up the SMTP successfully the system will be capable to send proposals or invoices directly to your customer's email.
If you are not interested to set up any SMTP Like Gmail or Sendinblue you can select the None option from the Email Type field, and hit the submit button then your SMTP will not be configured.
